Sarah Wenig is a Manhattan-based nutritionist and wellness coach. She is currently completing a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University and becoming a Registered Dietician. In addition, Sarah is a certified Pilates instructor and has taught in both rehabilitative and studio settings.
Health and wellness has not always been an easy road for Sarah. She has struggled with both her weight and food sensitivities, which negatively impacted her confidence and body image. Through a mindful relationship with food, exercise and mental health, she has found the balance to lead a healthy and holistic lifestyle.
